FAQ

What brokers ask before signing up.

Yes. The verified-broker badge requires a valid PRC REB license — that's how we keep the badge meaningful. If you're an unlicensed agent, you can still list as an individual landlord (using your own ID and an SPA for each unit), but the badge will say 'verified landlord' rather than 'verified broker.'
