What landlords ask before signing up.
No. You can list with just ID verified (Step 1), and tenants will see your tier. Most landlords stop at Step 2 (documents). Step 3 (on-site) is for landlords who want the strongest trust badge — it’s optional, but it’s also the one that converts inquiries the most.
